When People Start Asking Questions

  • I have always been fascinated by books. I really enjoy reading ever since I was taught to read. Daddy said that Grandpa was a devoted reader and it made his hobby heritable. He could've passed it to him, but instead, it went straight to me.

I read almost any kinds of stories. Heck, sometimes I'm amazed by how much I read back then. Now? I don't read as much as I did. So yeah, I promised I would read more often this year. Last year, I only managed to read seven books. And as a bookworm, I felt ashamed to the bone.

Some friends of mine said that I should write more. Well, some of them even asked me why I haven't published any books yet. Some of them read my old writing works and they said that one day, they WANT to read my published works.

Then as time passes by, here I am, no work published, not reading as much as I used to and... still finding it difficult to write on my blog.

A friend of mine, let's call her Nina, asked me, well she didn't really ask tho, only left a comment in my facebook uploaded picture, "When are you going to publish the story about ________" *) comment is removed for the sake of innocent people's lives

Mind you, I even forgot that story. But yea, gotta admit that I actually was excited at that time when I told Nina I was going to write that story. But again, that was THEN...

Nina is not the friend asking me about my so-called obsession to write a book. Friends asking me questions are out of questions. I mean, they have known me that I read a lot. Some of them have read my works or my blog entries. They wonder why I never publish my work. I feel like I am waiting for some sort of head hunters and good publishers, or am I merely just too reluctant to write and have my writing published?

This was just some random heart talk from me.

    Hahahahaha

    So,
Hit me back, just to check
    Surely yours,

    Lou
